Most everyday wear can be mended: split seams, small tears, loose hems, and broken drawstrings. Pieces that are heavily stained, stretched or extensively damaged may be better suited to a second life through our recycling program. Not sure? Send a photo to hello@getworkies.com
Simple, by design. Start a repair request on our Workies Promise page, tell us what needs attention and add a photo. We'll email you a prepaid shipping label. Pack up your Workies (freshly laundered, please), drop them off and leave the rest to us. Once mended, they head straight back to you, ready for the next shift.
Repairs on Workies purchased within the last 12 months are on us, shipping included. Expect your Workies back within 2 to 3 weeks of the day they arrive with us.
Treat them kindly and they'll return the favor for years. Wash cool on a gentle cycle with like colors, tumble dry low or hang to dry, and skip the fabric softener. For stains, rinse with cold water and a mild soap as soon as you can. Our Fabric Care page has the full guide.
